Our profession puts us in the presence of love, and all kinds of love for that matter.  There’s the love for a child, the love for a parent, even the love for a pet or favorite toy.  And they’re all endearing in their own ways, however there’s something extra special about being around two people who are so crazy about one another that they can’t hold it in or hide it.  Shelby and Ben’s feelings for one another were just pouring out through the session and into the photographs making for all kinds of amazing moments and shots.  And fortunately we were able to get things done just before it started literally pouring outside as our shoot rapped up at the beginning of what had been an impending rain storm throughout the afternoon.  – Derrick
