It’s with out a doubt that one of the greatest perks of photography being our profession is that we have the ability and opportunity to take great photos of our own family at any given moment.  Which is good, because it seems that most of our ‘planned’ shoots of our own kids don’t always go as well as the impromptu ones that occur like this one from a walk we were on the other day  (our 7 month old hasn’t caught on yet, but our 3 year old definitely gets annoyed if Mom and Dad have a camera in his face to often, so we need to be selective).  – Derrick
