20+ years ago (we’ll leave that math generalized:) Emily and I were growing up in our small town, more then likely playing with baby dolls, playing house and dreaming of some day being Mommy’s. Fast forward to present day and that image of Emily holding her baby doll transforms into her holding her beautiful daughter Ruthie. Some days I feel like it’s crazy to think that we can be parents, aren’t we still just kids ourselves? Wasn’t it just yesterday that we were playing house? I can’t tell you how happy I am for both Em and Tim. I adore that Tim is so head over heels for his little girl, and so absolutely proud of both his girls! Derrick and I had such a great time photographing this little doll and her Mom and Dad at their home. Congrats guys, she’s a keeper!:) Can’t wait to see you all again soon!
