Celebrate Local (Downtown Middleton Event)

By in

Leaves falling from the trees, twinkle lights, yummy treats, beautiful paintings by Tisha Templin, organic peanut butter, fresh brewed fair trade coffee,  and  locally brewed beer were just some of the delights across the street this evening. Hopefully you had a chance to check out our neighbors over at Bloom Bakery tonight, they had an exceptional Celebrate Local Event.  It was so great to see so many local faces enjoying our wonderful downtown! And so fabulous that some great neighborhood businesses got involved. We couldn’t leave the festivities without purchasing one of Adrian’s fabulous Yum Butters, if you haven’t tried his organic peanut butter yet you are really missing out! We are always avid Capital Brewery fans so it was awesome to enjoy Oktoberfest on tap. And as always Anne Marie had the most delectable “treats!” We both had vegan pumpkin cupcakes with maple frosting, and Koeplin had a giant chocolate chip cookie and about three different bundt cake samples. Needless to say he was extra talkative on the drive home this evening!

If you missed out rumor has it that “Celebrate Local” will be taking place again in the future!

In honor of Celebrate Local we are doing BOGO sessions through the end of next week. Buy one session at normal price and get one free. This is a fantastic deal, especially for those of you planning on doing several sessions with your little ones this year! Just a reminder to book your sessions for holiday orders and cards by October 31st.  We have some really awesome new luxe and eco-friendly cards this year!

Enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend! -April + Derrick
