Downtown Madison Family Portraits are fun, contemporary and a great way to document your love for the city. There are so many iconic backdrops such as the capitol building and campus. However there are also many other hidden gems. Seemingly around every street corner there is a brick wall, architectural element or natural wonder waiting to be photographed with.
We loved shooting with the city scape ever since we moved here. It’s gritty and beautiful all at the same time. And we do all kinds of different portraits utilizing it as a backdrop.
We have loved photographing the Lamson family over the last couple of years. Whether it’s been senior portraits or getting everyone together like this for a family session, it always a fun gig for us to create. This time we met in Downtown Madison, WI on State Street working inside and outside of the Overture Center. Below are some of our favorite pictures from their session.
This quickly has become one of our favorite Downtown Madison Family Portraits sessions that we have ever done. Great people and fun photos are a winning combination.
The family had us create a beautiful 20×30 canvas gallery wrap print for them to hang in their home of one of the family photos. Many of our clients come to us in search of digital files from the photography session. And we happily will offer these to them, however we are a full service studio. This means that we offer a wide range of professionally printed items as well. Many photographers in business today have no real experience printing images as they only offer digitals.
We feel it’s important to understand this aspect of photographer. Because even if we don’t make prints for our clients, we want the ones that they make on their own to look as good as possible. So it’s very important that detail is given to color management and exposure. Just because a pictures looks good on a monitor doesn’t mean that it will print well. So this is just another aspect of service that we offer when our clients book us to create their photos.
