As your local Madison area photography studio we’ve had the pleasure of photographing hundreds of newborns. Newborn portraits are so important. Making the investment in custom photography is a great way to make sure you document your baby while they are little and brand new, this is also a great time for some family portraits. Newborn sessions can be our most lengthy sessions, as we like to shoot baby nice and asleep. We generally do newborn photography sessions in home or on location in the Madison area and provide time for you to feed and get him or her nice and comfy. Through our conversations leading up to the shoot we’ll decide on what sort of backdrops and props we may use and what you might want us to bring. We recommend photographing baby in the first 4-9 days of life when they are the sleepiest and tend to curl up for poses. We recommend having your home nice and warm for the session which will help to keep baby sleepy. The fees includes the session and creation of the proofs as well as online ordering.
